Withdrawal and modification

Please note that all requests regarding the modification or removal of theses and dissertations must go through the applicable RRU School. While VIURRSpace intends to capture items of lasting value appropriate for permanent retention, it may be necessary to update or remove items and/or their metadata. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Modifying deposit description: Updates or changes to item metadata will be corrected upon request to RRU Library staff.
  • Modifying deposited files: Please contact RRU Library staff with an explanation of how the deposited file differs from the most recent or final version of the work. In some instances, it may be appropriate to append, instead of replacing, the version in the repository.
  • Withdrawing a deposit: Requests are considered by RRU Library staff on an individual basis.
