Mergent Online is a great source of information on public companies, especially for financials, annual reports and lists of competitors.
All RRU Library databases can be accessed from the 'Access the A-Z database list' link below the main search box on the Library homepage. For Mergent Online choose the letter "M" and then the link to the database.
1. Enter the company name in the search box or use the classification search options (SIC, NAICS, MIC).
2. The company information is organized under the green tabs.
If you would like a multiple company comparison, you can search by industrial classification code (SIC or NAICS)
You will bring up a list of companies corresponding with that as their primary NAICS code.
