Once you have found the company you are searching for, you'll notice a section for "Reports" in the tabs at the top of the page.
The landing page of this section often gives you a few "Summary" or "Fundamental" report, containing predefined sections selected and compiled by Mergent. You can click on the checkboxes to select one or all reports featured on this page, and download them as PDFs.
You can find annual reports from the landing page of the "Reports" section for any company; you'll see a box containing links to company ratings, sustainability reports, and annual reports in the top left-hand corner of the page.
Mergent Market Atlas holds several types of company annual reports (depending on the company) going back many years for each company in the database. For example, the JPMorgan Chase annual reports date back to 1997, and contain annual reports, annual financial statements, 10Ks (required by the Securities and Exchange Commission), and management discussions and analyses.
Note that not all types of these reports will be represented for each company; they depend on several factors, such as the country the company is incorporated in, date of incorporation, and date of initial public offering. Canadian Tire, for example, as a Canadian company, does not have to file 10Ks.
