Pricing
- Our pricing is based on the publisher's suggested retail price. When possible, we try to remain competitive with online stores such as Amazon and Chapters.
- Text prices are subject to change without notice.
Student Returns
- Students have 7 days from the course start date to return their texts.
- We base the return date on the date listed on the textbook requisition.
- The return policy is communicated to students on the notice, the bookmark they receive with purchase, their receipt, and it is posted at the front desk.
We accept returns on textbooks and course readings up to seven days after the start date listed on your notice. Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and be in resalable condition.
Exceptions:
Books that include access codes or are shrinkwrapped are non-refundable if the package is open.
