When the writing gets tough

Every writing project has its ups and downs. It may seem that you are experiencing very few ups and very, very many downs, which can be demotivating and very discouraging. The reasons for these feelings can be very real and  difficult to work around. For example, you may be tired, distracted, or under a lot of stress and pressure, and these external factors can make your writing process very difficult.
