Image of bald eagle in flight over water, a mountain in the backgroundWe hope the four stages of this orientation will help you to be of good heart and mind in your research and writing, which means looking after your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being as you’re moving through the stages of your program. You can move through the orientation however suits you and use any information that is relevant to you, and we hope you’ll bookmark pages so you can easily return to them. If at any point you have questions, please feel welcome to reach out to the Library and/or the Writing Centre. We’re here to help!
